About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while remaining hands-on across tax compliance, business advisory and client relationship management. This is not a purely management-focused role - you'll continue to apply your technical expertise while overseeing workflow, supporting the team and working closely with the Partners on the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing trusted tax and business advisory services.
- Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and other compliance work,
ensuring a high standard of quality and accuracy.
- Provide strategic tax planning and commercial advice to support clients' ongoing success.
- Oversee workflow across the team, providing technical guidance and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to add value.
- Work closely with the Partners to contribute to the continued growth and long-term success of the firm.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Australian taxation legislation, professional standards and agreed deadlines.
About You:
- 5+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm, ideally at Team Leader, Manager or Senior Manager level.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation legislation, compliance and business advisory services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organised with robust time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
