Noẽma, the new concept from Lucas Collective in Melbourne, seeks a Head Sommelier to lead wine service at opening. You will manage wine service, cellar upkeep, and contribute to guest experience from day one.

This hands-on role requires solid leadership, extensive wine knowledge, and the ability to thrive during busy service periods. WSET or similar and Victorian RSA are highly regarded.
