Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

- Champion all quality control processes.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products to meet quality and engineering standards.
- Resolve quality issues identified by the manufacturing team.
- With the Quality Manager, maintain key functions of the quality system, including disposition of non‑conformances.
- Liaise with suppliers on non‑conformance issues.
- Review customer defect claims with the Quality Manager.
- Undertake internal audits.
- Review and maintain production documentation.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar quality role.
- Engineering trade background or solid production experience.
- Experience with metal machining, sheet metal forming, metal casting, plastic moulding and forming.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T; & metrology techniques is an advantage.
- Experience using measuring equipment and ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and documents.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Ability to multi‑task with an eye for detail.
- Capability to work individually or as a team to consistently deliver results.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Working knowledge of a Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949).
- Exposure to lean manufacturing and/or continuous process improvement concepts.
- Experience with cable manufacturing, PCBs and electronics highly valued.
- Experience using Oracle Cloud; Agile PLM is an advantage.

Location & Flexibility

Location details will be discussed during the interview process. The role may involve a mix of in‑office and remote work, depending on business needs.
