As a Consultant, you’ll be speaking with prospects who’ve downloaded our eBooks or registered for our Masterclass. Your mission? Drive high-quality strategy sessions by building trust fast and creating urgency around the opportunity. You won’t be chasing leads — you’ll be creating value from the first call.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)
- Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with our senior team
- Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs
- Apply feedback fast, execute consistently, and show up sharp
- Bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to every interaction

You don’t need property experience — we’ll teach you that.

But you must show up with the right mindset:

What’s On Offer

- $60K–$80K base salary , depending on experience
- OTE of $120K–$160K with uncapped commissions
- Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday
- Elite daily training, coaching, and feedback
- Career pathway into Specialist or Leadership roles within 12–24 months
