We are seeking to add an additional team member at our Pinkenba plant to assist in the operation of our cement plant. This is a physical role where you will be multiskilled across a wide range of tasks to ensure our site runs efficiently.
About The Role
- $35.90 per hour, Monday to Friday (some OT on offer)
- Unloading & loading trucks, stockpiling resources using loaders/excavators
- Decanting and Packaging of bulk bags (20kg to 1T) of cement product
- Quality assurance through sampling and data collection
- General housekeeping of the plant including machinery upkeep
About You
- Forklift ticket (desirable)
- Mechanically minded
- Able to work unsupervised and with initiative, taking pride in your work
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
