About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and property/construction who can drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage and optimise online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
- Maintain and update website content with a focus on SEO and lead generation
- Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, and project showcases
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity
- Coordinate marketing events, display home promotions, and partnerships




- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
