Job Summary
We are looking for
a hands-on IAM Technical Lead . This role focuses on technical
leadership (non-people management) combined with strong hands-on
operational support across IAM platforms.
The candidate will
be responsible for incident resolution, problem management, and platform
stability and proactive service improvement while acting as a SME on key IAM technologies.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for IAM platforms (no people
management responsibility)
- Drive solution design validation, troubleshooting support, and
technical governance
- Act as escalation point for complex IAM issues and integrations
- Work hands-on on incidents, service requests, and problem
tickets
- Perform deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Support access provisioning issues, PAM onboarding, and
integration failures
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational stability
- Lead and actively participate in priority incident calls
- Provide technical ownership during Major Incident Management (MIM)
- Support real-time mitigation and post-incident RCA activities
- Act as SME for CyberArk PAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity
Security Cloud
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements
- Contribute to runbooks, SOPs,
and knowledge management
- Support audit, compliance, and remediation activities
Required Skills
(Must Have)
- Solid hands-on experience in:
- CyberArk PAM (Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP,
CCP, Onboarding, Troubleshooting)
- SailPoint IIQ / ISC (provisioning,
aggregation, workflows, integrations)
- Experience in:
- Production support / BAU IAM environments
- Handling priority incidents and MIM calls
- ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Skills
(Good to Have)
- Experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management)
- Knowledge of Jenkins / CI-CD pipelines / automation frameworks
- Exposure to Cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and APIs,
scripting (PowerShell / REST)
