Job Specification
As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy,
working closely with an experienced support team while driving business growth and expanding professional services. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop strong relationships with the local community and play a key part in shaping the future direction of the business.
Skills Required
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- 3-4+ years' community pharmacy experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring a team
- Experience delivering SOP/ professional pharmacy services.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient care.
