Construction Supervisor – Commercial, Residential & Rural Sheds

Shed Force is a locally owned and growing shed construction company delivering high-quality commercial, residential and rural shed projects throughout the South West. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to join our team based in Busselton.

This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role

As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from site preparation through to completion, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and excellent communication with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage subcontractors across multiple projects

- Oversee site works and shed construction activities

- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met

- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal staff

- Manage site deliveries, equipment and materials

- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently





- Maintain project documentation and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience supervising construction projects

- Minimum 1-2 years of construction supervision experience

- Strong understanding of commercial, residential and/or rural construction

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- A proactive and professional approach to work

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

- Current WA Driver's Licence

- Current Forklift Ticket

- Construction Industry White Card

- Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades

- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Desirable

- Experience in shed construction or steel-framed buildings
