We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, sales driven individual to join the Casphone Smithfield team as a Retail Assistant/IT Technician. The successful candidate’s has experience on working in similar industries, will deliver world-class customer service, and provide support to the management to achieve and exceed goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

- Achieving sales targets and KPI’s.

- Take ownership and find resolution for any customer complaints or unsatisfied customers and staff.

- Help Managing and control all stock ensuring quantity records are kept and stock orders are completed correctly and on time.

You will need to possess the following:

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- A passion for sales and selling.

- An understanding of retail operations.

- Eager to learn recent skills and implement what you’ve learnt immediately.

- Able to handle a fast-paced environment and culture.
