We are looking for a motivated and energetic Membership Consultant to help grow our club, engage with our members, and drive new memberships.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner

- A friendly, enthusiastic disposition with a passion for health and fitness

- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

- Ability to collaborate with a team to achieve KPI's and individual goals

- Experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

- Reliability, flexibility, and a fantastic work ethic

- A proactive and creative approach to lead generation, including promoting facilities to local businesses and the community

- Ability to provide personalized sales presentations, highlighting club facilities and benefits

- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to help people achieve their fitness goals

- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to overcome obstacles

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow the club’s member base through new membership sales and retention

- Generate leads through creative techniques and active promotion

- Conduct tours and sales presentations for prospective members

- Ensure personalized and positive interactions to create great member journeys

- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve member inquiries





- Achieve successful outcomes for all incoming sales enquiries

- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and KPI targets

- Retail management and handling of membership/account inquiries

- Create engaging content for social media to enhance brand awareness

- Foster strong relationships within the community and with corporate partners

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry (not mandatory)

- Proven experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive approach to lead generation

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds

- Financially motivated with a natural drive to achieve targets

- Customer service excellence and a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals

- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems

- CERT IV in Personal Training

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)

- Full Australian working rights

- Residentially based in Western Australia - Fifo EX Perth
