Mineral Resources’ MinRes Marine team seeks an experienced Marine Safety Advisor to support Onslow Coastal operations on an 8:6 FIFO roster. You will help implement and continuously improve the Safety Management System, with a focus on CRM rollout and psychosocial risk initiatives through field engagement, verification and reporting.

The role emphasizes practical WHS advice, risk identification and safety program enhancements, engaging leaders and frontline workers to achieve positive safety
