Join a secure, high‑impact technology training program as an IT Trainer, supporting the design, delivery and ongoing improvement of learning materials for a critical system workplace. This role is ideal for an experienced training, change management or learning and development professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and SMEs to deliver practical, engaging training outcomes.
Essential Tasks
- Continue developing and updating learning materials as the system evolves.
- Deliver in‑person training sessions and analyse participant feedback.
- Engage stakeholders and SMEs to ensure training content remains current and reliable.
- Create self‑paced digital training modules in line with security requirements.
Key Criteria
- At least 3 years’ recent experience in training, change management or learning and development.
- Experience designing and delivering learning materials for complex ICT systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with SMEs.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to timely delivery outcomes.
Location & Contract
ACT – On site only. Contract: ASAP to 30 June 2027, with up to 3 × 12‑month extension options.
Security Clearance Requirement
Current NV1 clearance required.
