We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with strong superannuation and wealth domain expertise. This is a consulting role where you will work closely with business leaders, operations, technology teams and external service providers to identify opportunities, shape solutions and drive meaningful business outcomes.

You will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational insight and business analysis capability, enabling you to influence stakeholders, improve business processes and ensure organisations are well positioned for ongoing change.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide trusted advice on operational and strategic initiatives.
- Analyse current operating models, business processes and service delivery frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Lead workshops, gather and document business requirements, user stories, process maps and future-state operating models.
- Provide subject matter expertise across superannuation operations
- Assess business impacts, operational readiness, risks,



dependencies and change implications to support successful delivery outcomes.
- Develop practical recommendations that strengthen controls, improve member outcomes and enhance operational resilience.
- Support governance activities through insightful reporting, risk identification and evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party administrators to ensure business solutions are practical, sustainable and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Influence decision-making by providing expert advice on business processes, service delivery models and operational best practice.

About You

- Demonstrated consulting, business analysis or transformation experience within the superannuation and/or wealth management industry.
- Strong knowledge of superannuation , Insurance in Super and Wealth Management will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to analyse complex business problems and develop practical, outcome-focused solutions.
- Experience documenting business requirements, business processes, operating models and change impacts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
- Robust understanding of operational risk, governance and control frameworks.
- Highly analytical with exceptional communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
