We're partnering with a well-capitalised property owner and investor to appoint an experienced Senior Asset Manager to oversee a national portfolio of retail and office assets.

This is a hands‑on role offering broad exposure across asset management, leasing, development support and investment activities, working closely with senior stakeholders across Australia and Singapore.

The Chance

- Manage the performance of a high-quality retail and office portfolio.
- Develop and execute asset strategies to maximise value and income growth.
- Drive leasing initiatives and tenant negotiations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
- Build and maintain financial models including DCF, IRR and scenario analysis.
- Support acquisitions, divestments and development initiatives.

About You

- Approximately 6–10 years' experience in asset management,



property investment or valuation.
- Strong retail and/or office asset management background.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Development or capital works exposure will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline.
