About the Role

- Ensure effective execution and delivery governance of complex transformation plans aligned to North Star targets.
- Act as central execution engine, driving day‑to‑day coordinated execution to support the Head of Retail Transformation Delivery.
- Manage dependencies across diverse teams (Retail Media, Customer, Data & Digital) to seamlessly deliver strategic vision.

Program Manager - Retail Transformation Delivery, reporting directly to the Head of Retail Transformation Delivery.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate overall program management for in‑store transformation, maintaining direct on‑site program management at the lab store.
- Ensure all moving parts (format, people, MixIn, Customer, D&D;) align to transform the customer experience; track progress, plan store deployment details, raise issues.
- Present complex information clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders; interrogate technical details and translate strategic stories to influence transformational change at the Executive level and for BWS and Dan Murphy's in‑store teams.
- Use data‑driven storytelling to build consensus across the business.
- Monitor financial performance closely to identify proactive cost‑saving and revenue‑growth opportunities.
- Ensure strategic delivery programs meet or exceed North Star targets and drive overall Retail scorecard metrics (sales, margin, EBIT, CODB).
- Proactively identify and assess operational risks within the transformation programs; propose and implement detailed mitigation plans.
- Partner with operations capacity planning team on deployment pipeline and store prioritization; collaborate with merchandise team to plan next iterations of category resets.
- Lead and participate in implementation of change initiatives, providing practical support to teams.




- Identify efficiency improvements for effective in‑store change delivery and embedment; govern program delivery to meet regulatory and Endeavour Group compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- 6–8+ years of dedicated experience in strategy, management consulting, or senior commercial roles; preferably within Retail, FMCG, or a fast‑paced, consumer‑led industry.
- Robust practical understanding of commercial operations, financial management, and business case validation.
- Proven program office experience overseeing complex change in a dedicated Program Manager role.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action, lead business process re‑engineering, and ensure disciplined execution that generates measurable value.
- Demonstrated drive for commercial success: achieving EBIT, sales, and Voice of Customer (VOC) engagement targets.
- Skilled at leveraging data insights to optimize processes and anchor customer outcomes at the center of decision‑making.
- Lead indirectly across functions and leadership layers to engage, motivate, and drive results; adept at managing dependencies and collaborating with internal partners (BWS and Dan Murphy's Leadership/Operations, Merchandise, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal).
- Resilient, self‑aware, and highly adaptable in leadership style to foster team wellbeing.
