We’re searching for an exceptional Performance Manager to lead client marketing strategy for a portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation clients across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and more.

What you’ll own

- Develop and manage client relations— in person, virtual, emails & phone calls
- Communicate strategic decisions to clients and educate them on internal processes
- Conduct weekly/fortnightly WIPs with clients and monthly report updates
- Put together presentations for client pitches
- Increase services and platforms across the client roster

Strategic growth

- Oversee the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation clients, ensuring alignment with their core business goals
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams (Google, creative, data, SEO) to challenge existing client strategies
- Proactively develop 3‑12 month marketing plans to maximize performance opportunities across all clients
- Share client learnings and results across the wider team
- Stay up to date with current trends and updates to social platforms




- Continuously develop and upskill yourself through relevant podcasts, books, and courses
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Prefer experience across digital marketing platforms, but not essential

Your expertise arsenal

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven track record in paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn
- Exceptional analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities
- Solid grasp of current trends and updates to social platforms and strategies
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM, and Canva
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
