What You'll Be Doing

As a Data Scientist, you'll work across the full analytics lifecycle, partnering with business and technology teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.

- Leading day-to-day data science activities, prioritising work, and ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Analysing large enterprise datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights
- Designing, developing, and deploying predictive machine learning models
- Building solutions that improve customer experience, optimise operations, and drive revenue growth
- Evaluating new data sources and recommending cutting-edge approaches to data acquisition
- Testing, validating, and monitoring machine learning models to ensure ongoing performance and accuracy
- Working closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Developing processes and frameworks for model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

- Strong experience as a Data Scientist delivering enterprise analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques




- Hands‑on experience developing models using Python and/or R
- Experience working with Azure Machine Learning Studio or similar cloud‑based ML platforms
- Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms including Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, and Classification
- Experience working with large enterprise datasets
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders

Highly Desirable

- Experience with Azure AI and Microsoft Data Platforms
- Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or modern Business Intelligence tools
- Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Responsible AI practices
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, or Telecommunications
