About the Role

Reporting to the Group Manager – Fasteners, you'll be responsible for growing market share by developing new business while strengthening existing customer relationships across a diverse range of industrial sectors.

You'll spend your time:

- Building relationships with customers across manufacturing, construction, fabrication,



engineering and industrial markets
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales across our extensive product portfolio
- Visiting customer sites to understand operational requirements and provide practical solutions
- Preparing quotations, following up opportunities and negotiating successful outcomesetc...

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys being in front of customers and takes pride in developing long-term business relationships.

You'll ideally have:

- Proven success in B2B sales within industrial fasteners, engineering supplies, industrial consumables, building products or related technical industries
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Robust commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Confidence engaging with engineers, procurement professionals, workshop managers, site supervisors and tradespeople
- Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- A current Queensland Driver Licence

Knowledge of industrial fasteners, industrial hardware, engineering products or industrial supply is highly regarded.
