Catholic Care Tasmania is seeking a passionate Case Worker to join our Integrated Family Support Services team. This role provides outreach-based support to children and families who are at risk or have had involvement with Child Safety Services.

You will work directly with families in their homes and communities, delivering practical, therapeutic and strengths-based interventions to improve child safety, strengthen parenting capacity, and promote positive family outcomes.
