Client Services Officer

HR Services and Management has partnered with The Wealth Studio, to recruit a new member to join their team.

Let me introduce our client:

The Wealth Studio is a Launceston-based financial advice and wealth management firm that works with individuals, families and business owners providing care, choice and clarity to build, manage and protect their financial wellbeing throughout different stages of life.

The firm focuses on developing long-term client relationships, with advice tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.

The position:

We are seeking to recruit a part-time Client Services Officer at either a 0.6 or 0.8 FTE (3 or 4 days per week). The position will be office based in the Launceston CBD.

The role itself is an all-encompassing and extremely varied position, including but not limited to end-to-end administration (office and business support), client services and relationship management, advice implementation, and compliance and quality assurance.

All within a financial planning practice, and as a member of a small team.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020.

The person:

Our ideal candidate does not need experience in the finance industry; we are keen to hear from applicants from various work experience backgrounds.

However, we are looking for a service first mindset and mannerism,

excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, first class interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and computer and systems proficiency.

A career for the right Candidate:

In return for your commitment, my client would be keen to support the right candidate to progress through a qualification in financial planning. This may take between two and four years and can be completed online, with the end goal of becoming a qualified Financial Advisor yourself.

How to Apply:

If this sounds like the chance you have been waiting for, we want to hear from you.

For more information about the position, please contact Samantha Dhillon at HR Services and Management at ••••@hrsam.com.au for a copy of the position description or for a confidential discussion.

For your application to be considered, please address the person specifications in your cover letter, as well as what the perfect part-time arrangement would look like for you, along with your current resume.

Applications will close at 9am on Monday 17 August 2026 and should be addressed to Samantha Dhillon at ••••@hrsam.com.au
