This is a unique opportunity to step away from managing a single kitchen and instead work across a range of established pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues, leading teams, driving standards and helping venues succeed when they need it most. What You'll Be Doing Leading high‑performing kitchen teams across multiple venues Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation Coaching and developing chefs to build confident, capable teams Managing food costs, labour and stock to achieve solid commercial results Supporting operational improvements and implementing best practice Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health standards Working closely with the Executive Chef, Area Chef and venue management to achieve success What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Head Chef in a high‑volume venue Strong leadership and mentoring skills Experience managing kitchen financials, including labour and food costs Excellent communication and organisational skillsA positive,
