Tourist Hotel in Queanbeyan NSW is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar and beverage service within a busy, high-volume hospitality venue that combines dining, entertainment and functions seven days a week. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage stock and ensure RSA compliance.
