Wolf & Williams partners with a leading investment manager to hire a growth‑focused funds/finance lawyer. The role reports to the General Counsel and works with an experienced funds and corporate M&A; team.

3+ years PQE in a major firm or sophisticated financial services setting is ideal. You will advise on investment funds, managed funds, private equity, offshore regimes and cross-border fundraising, with exposure to governance and investor relations.
