About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Civil Operator to join us on ongoing civil construction and earthworks projects. We need someone confident operating a range of plant and machinery, with proven experience across two or more of the following: excavator, dozer, grader, roller, water cart, loader, or skid steer.

GPS experience is highly regarded.

Key responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate multiple types of civil plant/machinery

- Complete daily pre-start checks and report any defects

- Work with surveyors and supervisors to hit production targets

- Maintain a strong safety focus on site at all times

About you:

- Minimum 2–3 years' experience operating civil construction equipment

- Current relevant tickets/statements of attainment

- Construction induction (White Card)





- Current driver's licence

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work with minimal supervision

If you hold a current HR licence and have civil/construction site experience, we'd love to hear from you too. Truck-and-dog or tipper experience a plus.
