About the Home
Walmsley Aged Care is a welcoming 120‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.
The Role
As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care teamEnsure safe, person‑centred,
compliant care every dayAlign services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)Manage budgets, workforce planning and resourcesSupport Better Together® and occupancy outcomes
About You
RN with current AHPRA registrationKnowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSCResidential Aged Care leadership experienceStrong communication and coaching capabilityDesirable: Minimum of 2+ years' experience in Aged Care

Role Perm Part time. Sunday through to Wednesday 7.00am to 3.00pm
