Marshfield Consulting Services (Marshfield), established in 2021, is a dynamic construction project management consultancy based in Adelaide, with a team of 25–30 professionals. Due to strong demand across multiple industry sectors, we are seeking motivated Schedulers to join our team. We deliver comprehensive procurement, project, contract, governance, and commercial management services for both government clients and contractors, supporting all aspects of project delivery.

Marshfield’s expertise spans the full spectrum of the water and construction industry, including program and project development, design management, stakeholder engagement, strategic procurement, and contract management.

About the Role – Scheduler
Schedulers are essential in maintaining visibility and control over project timelines for complex infrastructure projects.
You will create, maintain, and optimise detailed project schedules using P6 and/or MS Project; manage dependencies and critical paths; monitor progress against baseline programmes; update schedules based on project developments; and communicate impacts of schedule changes to stakeholders.
Your expertise ensures project teams understand sequencing, constraints, and time‑related risks, enabling timely and informed decision‑making.
About You
Essential:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent technical skills in scheduling, programme development, and delay analysis
- Strong writing skills, including the communication of technical information in plain English
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility, willingness to learn new processes and skills, and the capability to work independently
