Catholic Development Fund (CDF) in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Product Support specialist to manage CDFpay for Schools and Parishes. You will work with internal teams and our product partner Flexischools to resolve issues, support billing, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via email, phone, and occasional onsite visits, with opportunities to learn across the broader CDF product base including cards, term investments, and loans.
