Due to an exciting internal promotion, we're on the lookout for a Project Engineer to join our Murwillumbah Brewery Engineering team on a Permanent Full Time basis.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help shape the future of our brewery by delivering capital projects that improve the way we brew, package and operate. If you love solving problems, working alongside passionate people, and seeing your ideas come to life on the brewery floor, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead a wide variety of engineering projects: from concept through to commissioning, while working closely with teams across the brewery.

Some Of The Things You'll Get Involved In Include

- Delivering multiple capital projects safely, on time and within budget.
- Working side-by-side with our Brewing, Packaging, Quality and Engineering teams to bring projects to life.
- Managing contractors, suppliers and specialist engineering partners.
- Collaborating with our Group Engineering Centre of Excellence and key internal stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Supporting new equipment installations, process improvements and future brewery growth.
- Rolling up your sleeves on site - this isn't a desk-only engineering role.

Who We're Looking For





You don't need to tick every box - we're more interested in finding someone who's curious, collaborative and keen to learn.

You'll Likely Bring

- Experience in engineering, project delivery or manufacturing environments.
- A practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for improving how things work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with people at all levels - from production teams through to contractors and external suppliers.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping projects moving.
- A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- A degree in Engineering/Project Management or a trade background
