Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join its School Improvement Services Leadership Team as Head of School Improvement.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the future of Catholic education by leading the Diocese's School Improvement function, strengthening principal leadership capability and driving system-wide improvement initiatives that enhance teaching, learning and student outcomes across the Diocese.

About You

You are a respected educational leader who brings:





significant leadership experience as a Principal and/or senior system leader.proven experience leading school improvement, educational leadership and organisational change.exceptional leadership capability with the ability to coach, influence and develop others.outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.extensive experience leading strategic improvement initiatives across complex educational environments.a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
