Property Management Assistant & Leasing Consultant

An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and organised Property Management Assistant & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team at Raine & Horne Robina | Mudgeeraba | Nerang.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate. Working alongside our experienced Property Managers and Leasing Team, you'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support while assisting with the day-to-day management and leasing of our portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

- Assisting with leasing enquiries, open homes, applications, and tenant onboarding
- Supporting Property Managers with maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and administration
- Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe, Airtable, Inspection Express, and IRE




- Working collaboratively with our Robina and Coomera teams

What we're looking for:

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
