Assistant Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Charlestown Square
We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Leader to join Yo-Chi Charlestown Square! Someone who loves people, thrives in fast paced environments, and knows how to turn a good shift into a great one.

This is your chance to step into a leadership role at one of the Hunter region's busiest shopping destinations, where you'll help create unforgettable guest experiences while building and leading an incredible team.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading shifts and setting the tone for a high energy, customer first environment.
- Supporting the Venue Leader with daily operations including rostering, stock, cash handling, and compliance.
- Coaching your team in real time so they grow, improve, and deliver standout service.
- Keeping the venue running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
- Making sure every cup of Yo-Chi is consistent, high quality, and worth coming back for.
- Helping drive performance across sales, costs, and overall venue standards.

What we’re looking for:

- Previous leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
- Experience with rostering and labour management.




- A track record of achieving and driving key business KPIs.
- A natural leader who inspires and energises their team, not just manages it.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for people, exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
