We're expanding our mining operation near Nyngan and are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Production Operators to join our growing team. If you enjoy operating a variety of heavy mining equipment in a safety-focused production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Production Operator, you'll play an important role in delivering protected and efficient production outcomes. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll operate a range of heavy mining equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, productivity, and equipment care.

- Operate production mining equipment including Haul Trucks, Dozers and Graders
- Operate Water Trucks, Loaders and Excavators as required
- Complete pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks




- Identify and report equipment faults and maintenance requirements
- Follow site safety procedures and operational standards
- Work closely with Supervisors and fellow operators to achieve production targets
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and take pride in equipment care

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

- Previous experience in an open-cut production mining environment
- Demonstrated operating experience on Haul Trucks, Dozers, plus at least one of the following:
- Graders
- Water Trucks
- Loaders
- Excavators

- Relevant RII competencies and/or a verifiable operating history
- A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- A positive attitude, reliable attendance, and strong work ethic
- The ability to meet all pre-employment and site access requirements
