Solutions Sealers is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of premium stone, concrete and tile sealers, cleaners and surface protection products. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team on a casual basis (2-3 days per week).
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manufacturing and blending products to work instructions
- Decanting and packaging products into various container sizes
- General warehouse and factory duties
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating a walk-behind forklift (training provided if required)
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Processing orders through our inventory system
- Booking freight and preparing dispatch documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Assisting with stock control and other day-to-day warehouse operations
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and honest
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Energetic with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Organised and takes pride in keeping the workplace clean and tidy
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Possesses valuable basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to follow procedures and work safely
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
- Dangerous goods or chemical handling experience
