Based at our Townsville branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our containers and equipment moving coordinating transport, tracking stock and ensuring deliveries reach customers on time and ready to go.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate container movements between the branch, customer sites and third-party depots

- Liaise with transport providers and internal teams

- Manage transport documentation and system records

- Track stock movements and daily reporting

- Assist with branch stock takes and inventory control

What You Bring

- Experience in administration,



logistics or customer service (2+ years preferred)

- Solid Excel, Word and Outlook skills

- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry

- Clear communication and strong organisation skills

- A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
