The Fresh Collective in Sydney’s Redfern central production kitchen is seeking a Casual Pastry Chef to craft high-quality desserts for exclusive events and iconic venues.

Reporting to the Executive and Head Chefs, you will work within a central kitchen, producing patisserie items to spec, managing mise en place and ensuring food safety.

We value creativity, experience in patisserie, and a passion for luxury catering; perks include free lunch on site and staff discounts.
