We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
About the Role
As an all-rounder, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with over-the-counter products
- Processing sales and operating the point-of-sale system
- Assisting with Webster (Dose Administration Aid) packing
- Assisting with stock management, merchandising and maintaining an organised retail floor
- Supporting pharmacists and the wider team with day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming pharmacy environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years' recent experience working in a community pharmacy (essential)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence using computers and the ability to learn pharmacy software quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
- The flexibility to work some Saturdays as part of the roster
- A current driver's licence
