Join Our Team as a Make Safe Admin / Booking Coordinator!

We're looking for a proactive Make Safe Admin / Booking Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers, insurers, and makesafe technicians, ensuring emergency works or estimators are scheduled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

? What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing incoming calls and enquiries from customers, insurers and internal stakeholders
- Scheduling estimators for assessment based on urgency, location and resource availability
- Monitoring job progress and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are achieved
- Communicating with customers throughout the makesafe process and providing timely updates
- Processing job documentation, photos and reports with accuracy
- Liaising with insurance companies, assessors, trades and internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow




- Maintaining accurate records within company systems and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly
