About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Bar and Gaming Staff on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in Northgate, SA 5085. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our members and guests, ensuring they have memorable experiences at our club.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and serving beverages to members and guests in a prompt and professional manner
- Operating the bar with efficiency, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Processing cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Managing gaming machines and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
- Restocking bar supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Adhering to responsible service of alcohol practices and club policies




- Contributing to a safe and welcoming workplace for all patrons

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in bar or hospitality service roles
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Reliability and flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and evenings
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
- Willingness to learn about gaming machine regulations and procedures
