About the role

- Handling incoming phone calls in relation to service bookings
- Making outbound customer care calls
- Maintaining the customer waiting area and ensuring it remains neat and presentable
- General administration duties including stationery orders, photocopying, invoicing, generating and preparing repair orders for the service team
- Using dealership software related to booking vehicles in for servicing and uploading customer information

This role is full time,



Monday-Friday with hours varying between 7:45am – 5:30pm, depending on operational and team requirements.

Skills and experience

Previous experience working within a customer service environment is essential along with your pleasant interpersonal manner.

You will be confident in dealing with customer enquiries and be driven by achieving positive outcomes for customers and the business alike.
