The Role

As Development Manager, you will lead projects throughout the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and feasibility through to planning, delivery and settlement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing developments across acquisition, feasibility, planning, delivery and settlement
- Preparing development feasibilities, financial modelling and project budgets
- Coordinating planning approvals, Code Amendments and statutory processes
- Working closely with consultants, councils and government authorities
- Managing project risk, programme and stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing civil infrastructure delivery and development staging
- Identifying future development opportunities aligned with the business growth strategy
- Delivering commercially successful projects while creating long-term community outcomes

We are seeking an experienced Development Manager who enjoys managing complex projects and building robust stakeholder relationships throughout the development lifecycle.

You will bring:

- Experience delivering residential land, mixed-use or large-scale developments
- Robust knowledge of planning, approvals and development processes




- Proven capability in feasibility analysis, budgeting and financial management
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects
- A collaborative, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for creating communities and delivering meaningful developments
