The Role
- Prepare and present quality meals across bistro, sports bar and functions.
- Work alongside an experienced Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Maintain high food safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to daily specials and menu ideas.
About You
- Qualified Chef with commercial kitchen experience.
- Reliable,
organised and passionate about great food.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
- Available to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
