Role Description
This is a part-time in office role for a Tutor at Kip McGrath Education Centres located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Tutor will be responsible for delivering individualised tutoring sessions in maths, reading, spelling, comprehension, and English.
Tutors will also be expected to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of each student.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maths, Reading, Spelling, Comprehension, and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs
- Relevant teaching qualifications and a passion for education
- Experience in working with students of varying age groups and learning abilities
- Flexibility and reliability to work during after-school hours and weekends
- A bachelor's degree in Education or studying towards a teaching degree or Masters degree in education
