We're looking for an experienced Program Manager (Learning Solutions) to join our Executive Education team and play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke learning solutions for some of Australia's leading organisations.

About The Opportunity

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll coordinate the successful delivery of complex executive learning engagements from commencement through to completion.

Working closely with clients, faculty, learning designers and internal delivery teams, you'll ensure every engagement is delivered on time, within budget and to the exceptional standard Melbourne Business School is known for.

You'll thrive in an setting where no two programs are the same, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strong governance, an outstanding learner experience and commercial discipline.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of customised executive education programs
- Deliver an exceptional learner experience from onboarding through program completion
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across faculty, clients and internal teams
- Monitor project budgets, timelines and contractual commitments
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks and issues
- Maintain project governance, reporting and documentation




- Build strong operational relationships with client representatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and processes
- Foster collaboration across the Executive Education team to ensure seamless program delivery.

About You

You'll be an organised and commercially aware program professional who enjoys bringing people together to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Experience working within structured governance or project management frameworks
- Sound financial and budget management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience within higher education, professional services, consulting, learning and development or executive education will be highly regarded.
