We are seeking a passionate General Practitioner to join our growing Medical Team on either a full time or part-time basis.

As a GP at IWC, you will become part of a team-oriented and supportive multidisciplinary team committed to improving health outcomes within our community.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM; or
- Be a GP Registrar on an approved training pathway and eligible to claim A1 rates
- Bachelor of Medicine (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Robust commitment to patient-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Current Driver Licence (or ability to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain)
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain)

Our clinic delivers the POD Model which is from Alaska. The model is designed to deliver a comprehensive chronic disease cycle of care with a focus on our First Nations patients. Our PODS are made up of an admin, a nurse, an Aboriginal Health Worker or Aboriginal Islander Health Practitioner, and the GP. IWC is the only clinic to be delivering the POD model in the Wide Bay area and by doing this aim to achieve best health outcomes for Bundaberg and surrounding areas that access our clinic.
