Sonder is seeking a Social Worker to deliver brief, trauma-informed psychosocial support to members in Australia, focusing on stabilisation, safety planning, and linkage to services. The role collaborates with a Senior Social Worker on clinical governance and operates in a hybrid, flexible workplace.

You’ll assess DFV, child protection, homelessness, and complex psychosocial presentations, with sessions via video or phone and up to four sessions per referral.
