Distinctive Homes is now seeking a results driven Sales Manager to join our team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, in this hands-on leadership role you will be responsible for the sales strategy, operational processes and developing and mentoring a highly competent and professional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Shape and manage execution of sales strategies designed to achieve monthly/annual targets.

- Monitor sales pipelines, lead quality, and conversion performance.

- Prepare regular reports on, sales, forecasting, team performance, and compliance together with market insights.

- Identify new market opportunities and provide input into new product development and marketing initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with clients, referral networks, and key stakeholders.

- Manage client issues as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales culture and team.

- Provide continuous training, mentoring and support to empower and facilitate the success of the sales team.





To Be Successful for This Position You Will Have

- Proven sales experience, with a minimum of five (5) years working in a senior sales leadership role within the residential building industry.

- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies and practices to achieve sales targets and business KPIs.

- Ability to develop a high-performance sales culture and team.

- Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership skills and a proven history of people management, training, and mentoring.

- A commercially focused, proactive, highly organised, hands-on approach to management.

- Strong client management and communication skills together with well-developed negotiation skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Strong knowledge of building regulations, code, and industry guidelines
