Suntel Group is currently seeking motivated NBN Labourer to support our NBN N2P, ODM, ODMS, Unify, and MDU projects across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Bundaberg.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the telecommunications industry. Experience in telecommunications or construction is preferred, but individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pit and pipe installation and maintenance
- Trenching, conduit, and telecommunications cable installation
- External telecommunications infrastructure construction
- Pulling, routing, and securing fibre optic cables
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining a safe, tidy worksite in accordance with nbn and workplace safety procedures

Essential Requirements:

- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude
- Good communication skills




- Current Australian Driver's Licence (preferred)

Required Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):

- White Card
- First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR (HLTAID009)
- nbn Enable accreditation (preferred)

- Valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)

Preferred Experience:

- Pit and pipe construction, civil excavation, and concrete works
- Excavator Operations (RIIMPO320F)
- Rod and rope, and reading construction plans
- High-pressure flushing and dig-down repairs
