We are seeking a Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at The Hair and Barber Room in Fremantle, Western Australia. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional hair services and salon experiences to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

- Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients. Experience in ladies services essential and willingness to learn mens preferred.
- Advising clients on the latest hair trends and recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Maintaining a professional and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills.

What we're looking for:

- Fully qualified senior hairdresser with minimum 2 years' experience
- Skilled in both men's and woman's classic to modern styles and colouring and highlighting techniques
- Confident in short cuts and skin fades or willing to learn
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Grounded , respectful and collaborative




- Skilled and reliable, confident with a positive, ego free and team-focused mindset
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent formal qualification required or working toward.
