Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise security officers
- Provide hands-on incident response, management, and escalation
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WHS, and site policies
- Coach officers in customer service, de-escalation, and situational awareness
- Complete accurate incident reporting and follow-up actions
- Assist with rostering, training, and performance management
- Liaise with staff, emergency services, and contractors
- Promote a safety-first, service-focused site culture
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8 hours a day
About You:
- Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
- Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only)
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
